About The Position
This is a part-time instructor position for the LVN Associate program, with an anticipated pool for the 2026-2027 academic year. The role involves teaching and contributing to the educational experience of students in the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Associate program. Applicants must demonstrate sensitivity and understanding of diverse student backgrounds.
Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree or higher plus two years of professional experience directly related to this assignment.
- OR any associate’s degree plus six years of professional experience directly related to this assignment.
- OR a valid appropriate California Community College Credential in the discipline area.
- OR the equivalent.
- Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
