About The Position

This is an Associate (Part-time) Instructor Pool for the 2026-2027 academic year in Biological Science. The position requires a sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds of community college students. Requirements

• Master’s degree in any biological science.
• OR bachelor’s degree in any biological science AND master’s degree in biochemistry, biophysics, or marine science.
• OR a valid appropriate California Community College Credential in the discipline area.
• OR the equivalent.
• Sensitivity to and understanding of the diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability and ethnic backgrounds of community college students.
