About The Position

We’re looking for someone like you to help organizations solve their traditional business challenges with new digital transformation architecture from roadmap to implementation. As a digital transformation architect on our team, you’ll use your expertise to transform the training and experimentation capacity of our clients by planning and implementing live, virtual, and constructive solutions. Using operational requirements analysis, translating those into technical requirements, and understanding the capabilities various programs bring, you’ll work alongside key stakeholders and other advisors to share your expertise on technical training ecosystems and implement and integrate transformative technology, systems, and processes. In this role, you’ll directly impact the DoD by integrating live, virtual, and constructive training solutions to enable joint warfighting mission rehearsal. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with DoD as a tactical warfighter leader
• 2+ years of experience with leadership at a DoD training range of an LVC-enabled range or at any distributed training center
• Knowledge of DoD Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) programs and distributed mission operations technologies
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience with combat aviation
• Experience with the Command of an LVC-enabled training range or distributed training center
• Knowledge of HLA protocol
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field
