Requirements

Experience as a JTAC or with Battalion-level fires
Knowledge of distributed simulation protocols such as High-Level Architecture (HLA) and Distributed Interactive Simulation (DIS)
Knowledge of Joint C4I tactical systems such as Link 16, GCCS-J, or USMC C4I, including AFATDS, C2PC, CAC2S and JADOCS, or Army Mission Command Systems
Knowledge of the principles associated with creating virtual and constructive environments
Knowledge of networks and networking concepts
Ability to utilize network and distributed modeling and simulation tools such as Wireshark, Redsim, SIMDIS, or RTI-s
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation, or 5+ years of experience with distributed modeling and simulation in lieu of a degree

Nice To Haves

Experience using virtual machines such as VMWare, Hypervisor, or Virtual Box
Experience with Team Awareness Kit (TAK)
Experience with JLVC, Joint Exercise Control System (JECS), JCATS, JSAF, JLOD, JDLM, or ACE-IOS software
Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of Marine Corps training and education, the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Center, and associated Battle Simulation Centers
Knowledge of the Marine Corps Synthetic Training Environment and Force Design 2030
SEP Certification
Enterprise Architect Certification
VMware Certification
