Westside Lexus is seeking full-time, experienced Luxury Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our high-volume dealership. Our Sales Consultants are passionate about delivering the finest new and pre-owned luxury cars, SUVs, and hybrid vehicles on the market. Requirements

Proven experience in automotive sales (luxury brand experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of the automotive market and commitment to continuous product learning
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver an elevated, customer-focused experience
Goal-oriented with the motivation to consistently exceed performance standards
Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting a luxury brand environment
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
Minimum 3 years of Toyota, Lexus or Luxury Automotive Sales experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
