About The Position

Luxury Sales Leader (Player-Coach Role) Are you a top-performing sales professional ready to lead from the front? At The Gents Place, this is not a traditional manager role. You will drive revenue through your own sales performance while coaching and leading a small team to do the same. You’ll sell premium memberships ($525–$8,000/yr) and luxury retail (Creed fragrances $500+), while setting the standard for sales, service, and professionalism.   • 2+ years of proven sales success (luxury retail, automotive, real estate, hospitality, etc.)
