Luxury Sales Consultant
About The Position
At The Gents Place, you will help successful men elevate their image while selling premium memberships and world-class products. This role is not a receptionist job, as a call center handles calls, allowing you to focus entirely on sales, service, and relationships. You will present memberships ranging from $525–$8,000 per year and luxury retail items including Creed fragrances ($500+) and fine men’s grooming goods. The Gents Place is a national leader in luxury men’s grooming and business networking, celebrating over 17 years of success and service. Founded in 2008, the company has created an entirely new category within the men’s grooming industry by providing world-class grooming services in an atmosphere of like-minded gentlemen, complete with complimentary top-shelf beverages and curated advice. The Gents Place is America’s Ultra-Premium Men’s Grooming & Lifestyle Club, seeking individuals to help meet the demands of its rapidly growing membership base. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and all hiring decisions are made by the management of this franchisee.
Requirements
- 1+ year of professional sales success (real estate, automotive, luxury retail, hospitality, or software)
- Comfortable engaging affluent clients and closing sales
- Polished, professional, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Team-focused and available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays)
Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with confidence and warmth
- Present and close membership and retail sales
- Recommend grooming, skincare, and fragrance products
- Partner with barbers to deliver a seamless luxury experience
