The Luxury Leisure Sales Manager reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for driving high-value leisure demand to Bermuda through strategic engagement with the luxury travel advisor community, consortia partners, and select trade channels across North America. This role strengthens Bermuda’s position within the premium travel market by developing targeted account strategies, building advisor advocacy, and generating qualified luxury leisure business aligned with visitor spend, seasonality, and market diversification goals. The role will focus on luxury travel advisors and key consortia, including Internova, Virtuoso, and other premium travel networks, while supporting initiatives that influence luxury bookings and increase Bermuda’s share of high-value travel demand.
