About The Position

At Aroma360, we believe scent has the power to transform the way people experience their homes, businesses, and everyday lives. As a Luxury Sales Consultant, you'll do more than sell a product—you'll build relationships, create unforgettable customer experiences, and help clients discover the perfect scent for their space. Working from one of our luxury showrooms, you'll guide customers through personalized consultations, follow up with warm leads, and become a trusted advisor from the first conversation through the final sale.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in consultative sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales role.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making outbound calls to warm leads and maintaining ongoing follow-up.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Experience using Salesforce or another CRM is a plus.

Manage your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
Achieve individual sales goals while providing an exceptional luxury experience.
