Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, cashier, or retail experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask
  • Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Self-motivated with a positive and outgoing personality
  • Strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics
  • Sales background
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers daily, assisting with sales and negotiating pawn agreements for items like jewelry and luxury merchandise.
  • Provide a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment for customers.
  • Process sales, loans, and extensions.
  • Perform opening and closing store procedures.
  • Greet customers in person and on the phone.
  • Handle customer interactions professionally.
