Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a comparable guest-facing environment
- A dedication to meeting sales expectations while maintaining an elevated, personalized approach
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Impeccable presentation, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a luxury or guest-centric retail environment preferred
- Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods
Responsibilities
- Warm, proactive, and highly personalized service for resort guests and members
- Genuine connections that allow you to anticipate needs and offer thoughtful, tailored product recommendations
- Expert storytelling around merchandise, designers, materials, and brand heritage
- Accurate and discreet execution of sales transactions, including POS operation and clientele record management
- Immaculate visual merchandising and presentation standards aligned with luxury Nemacolin, Preferred, Forbes, and AAA expectations
- Careful handling of special orders, gift services, and bespoke guest and member requests with urgency and precision
- Professional resolution of guest and member inquiries or concerns with discretion and grace
- Consistent support of inventory control, merchandising standards, and loss prevention procedures
- Close collaboration with other resort departments to ensure seamless guest and member experiences beyond the retail space
- Adherence to all resort policies, appearance standards, and operational guidelines
- Active participation in departmental meetings and training sessions to refine product and service knowledge
