We are looking for individuals who bring the service excellence of luxury hotels, fine dining establishments, or high-end retail environments and are committed to exceeding expectations every day. Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Polished and professional presentation with a strong service mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support others.

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury hotel, fine dining, luxury retail, or hospitality experience
  • Hospitality, concierge, fine dining experience or luxury residential experience preferred.
  • Luxury hotel, private club, or high-end residential experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred.
