Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Social Media savvy with creative marketing abilities.
Motivational leader.
Strong financial and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management.
Strong supervisory skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners, and vendors.
Must have real estate license or obtain within 120 days of employment if required by state law.

Responsibilities

Achieve company and client budget objectives.
Supervise all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions.
Manage all Resident/Landlord Relations.
Oversee accounting and collections.
Complete required weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and operational reports.
Complete budget-to-actual variance reporting and provide explanations for significant variances.
Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management.
Perform property-specific and company reporting as required by the Area Director, Corporate Office, or clients.
Adhere to all organization's policies, practices, and procedures.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals.
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
