As a Sales Representative you will play a pivotal role in creating meaningful connections and making a lasting impact on people’s lives.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in consultative sales
Previous experience with high volume outbound calls
Minimum of two years working in a remote role
Must have a quiet distraction-free work space
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism

Nice To Haves

Consultative sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Sell It’s Just Lunch memberships to busy singles over the phone.
Use a consultative sales approach to build rapport and discuss potential client’s needs.
Explain how the dating membership will benefit the client.
Speak to clients about potential matches and select matches for your new client based on your interview.
