Nation Security is seeking exceptional, customer-focused, and dependable Bilingual Security Officers (English/Spanish mandatory) to join our elite team at a premier luxury residential community in Parkland, FL. Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (Mandatory) with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience delivering premium, high-touch customer service or hospitality in a luxury residential, corporate, or hospitality setting.
• Active and valid Florida Class "D" Security License (Required).
• Active and valid Florida Driver's License in good standing (Required).
• Flawless grooming, professional demeanor, and strong conflict-de-escalation skills.
• Proficient in computer use, digital report writing, and operating a smartphone for daily operational reporting.
• Open availability, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming face of the property, offering courteous, high-touch assistance, white-glove concierge-style service, directions, and escorts.
• Communicate fluently and professionally in both English and Spanish to seamlessly assist diverse residents, guests, and vendor partners.
• Manage visitor logs, verify access credentials, and ensure only authorized entry for residents, guests, and delivery/vendor personnel.
• Conduct regular foot and mobile patrols of luxury common areas, amenities, gated access points, and parking facilities.
• Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, responding swiftly and professionally to resident requests, security incidents, or property emergencies.
• Maintain daily activity logs, write clear incident reports, and enforce community rules with diplomacy, tact, and a service-first mindset.
• Support emergency procedures, evacuations, and safety protocols in close coordination with property management.
