About The Position

The Luxury Fashion Manager is the category owner and brand activation leader for all Fashion merchandise within the store. This leader is accountable for driving category performance, elevating team capability, and bringing the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience. The role involves leading Fashion sales, behaviors, and standards; owning Fashion visual merchandising; coaching team members; improving performance metrics; and partnering with store leadership to develop talent.

Responsibilities

• Lead total Fashion category performance, including sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling.
• Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching, focus, and visual execution.
• Own Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards; ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection; and adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches.
• Observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member every month and provide actionable feedback on styling, layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling.
• Turn training into daily behaviors and habits.
• Help customers express creativity through styling and layering, discover personal style through curated recommendations, and celebrate meaningful moments through Fashion jewelry.
• Improve key KPIs, including ATV, attachment, and clienteling behaviors.
• Reinforce consistent Fashion presentations across the team and lead by example through personal performance.
• Partner with store leadership to identify and develop Fashion talent.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
