About The Position

The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise within the store. This leader is accountable for end-to-end Bridal category performance — including sales results, customer experience, visual execution, and team capability — ensuring every customer is confidently guided through one of life’s most meaningful purchases. The Bridal Manager translates brand strategy into consistent, high-quality Bridal presentations, equipping every team member to deliver emotional storytelling, diamond expertise, and confident closing behaviors.   • Expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence
  • Leads Visual Marketing for Bridal
  • Owns Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
  • Builds Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
  • Observes or coaches one Bridal presentation per team member, every month
  • Delivers real-time, actionable feedback on diamond education and confidence, emotional storytelling, payments options and closing
  • Builds consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team
  • Improves key KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, follow-up behaviors
  • Reinforces consistent Bridal presentations across the team
  • Leads by example through personal performance
  • Partners with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent
  • Builds a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success

  • Own the Bridal Category
  • Lead total Bridal category performance — including sales, behaviors, and standards
  • Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence
  • Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members
  • Lead Visual Marketing for Bridal
  • Own Bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution
  • Ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase
  • Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities
  • Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
  • Observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member, every month
  • Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on diamond education and confidence, emotional storytelling, payments options and closing
