About The Position

CXG is a global Customer Experience consulting firm that exclusively serves premium and luxury brands. They partner with these brands to transform experiences for meaningful impact, providing valuable insights and actionable steps toward creating seamless customer experiences that deliver more value. As a luxury brand evaluator, you will discreetly assess customer experiences in the luxury market, providing critical feedback that helps brands refine their services. This role offers flexibility, with each in-store visit taking approximately 20 minutes, allowing for multiple assignments. There are frequent opportunities to perform several missions per month and collaborate with prestigious brands worldwide.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
  • Must be a current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be currently under contract with any retail brands to ensure impartiality.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Choose assignments that align with personal preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online interactions with sales associates.
  • Observe and assess the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Provide honest feedback through questionnaires on the company's platform.
