Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older (21 years or older in the United States).
  • Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
  • Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Discreetly assess customer experiences.
  • Provide critical feedback to help brands refine their services.
  • Visit boutiques, purchase online, or return products.
  • Choose assignments that align with personal preferences and profile.
  • Visit luxury stores or evaluate online.
  • Engage with sales associates in stores or online.
  • Observe ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
  • Share observations through questionnaires on the platform.
