Requirements

Automotive sales experience preferred; luxury retail or commissioned sales experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

Build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients.
Deliver a personalized, consultative luxury vehicle purchasing experience.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, technology, and features.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Maintain consistent communication with clients through phone, email, text, and CRM tools.
Generate business through referrals, repeat customers, networking, and prospecting.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the dealership CRM.
Work closely with the Finance, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Deliver vehicles with comprehensive product demonstrations and technology orientation.
Consistently achieve monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.
Stay current on manufacturer product knowledge, incentives, and competitive vehicle information.
Represent the dealership with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm always.
