Requirements

Valid driver's license
Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Record check required)
Ability to safely operate customer vehicles
Reliable and ready to work every day.
Professional and courteous with customers and teammates.

Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Detail-oriented with pride in quality work.
Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and work both indoors and outdoors in all Michigan weather conditions.

Responsibilities

Prepare customer vehicles after service by washing and vacuuming them to luxury standards.
Safely move BMW, MINI, and Land Rover vehicles throughout the dealership and provide occasional valet services for clients.
Assist with vehicle staging, parking, and organization.
Support the service department with tire storage and daily operations.
Keep the service drive, customer lounge, and dealership grounds clean and welcoming.
Help create an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure.
