About The Position
LaserAway is the nation's leader in aesthetic dermatology, combining medical expertise with luxury-level service across hundreds of clinics nationwide. The Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) is a key role responsible for owning the consultation relationship from the first interaction through long-term loyalty. This role involves conducting one-on-one consultations, educating patients on various aesthetic services, designing customized treatment plans, and guiding patients through their entire aesthetic journey. The Patient Care Coordinator will partner with clinicians and their Location Director to ensure a seamless and premium patient experience. The role utilizes LaserAway's custom CRM, providing a steady pipeline of marketing-generated leads and patient history for prepared consultations.
Requirements
- 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales
- Comfortable in a commission-first structure
- Polished, confident, and genuinely patient-centered in every interaction
- Weekend availability required
- Motivated by results
