About The Position
The Lunchroom/Recess Associate will supervise students in the lunchroom and/or during recess. This role requires adherence to building and district expectations, communication with staff regarding student needs, and implementation of PBIS and Leader in Me expectations. The associate will serve as a positive role model for students, work collaboratively with team members, and be flexible with scheduling. Positive interactions with staff and students are essential, and the associate may be asked to assist with other building duties.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Responsibilities
- Supervise students in lunchroom and/or recess
- Follow building and district expectations/rules while supervising in the lunchroom and/or recess
- Communicate with other building staff in regards to student needs in these locations
- Implementation of PBIS (Positive Behavioral Intervention and Supports) and Leader in Me Expectations-providing a positive role model for students
- Work well as a team member and is flexible with scheduling
- Positive interactions with staff and students
- Assist with other duties in the building
