Lunch & Recess Supervisor
About The Position
Allen Brook School is seeking a patient, energetic, and dependable Lunch & Recess Supervisor to support a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for Kindergarten through Second Grade students during lunch and recess. The position is 2.25 hours per day, 3–5 days per week. The role remains open until filled; applications received within the first seven days of posting receive priority consideration, and internal candidates are prioritized over external applicants during that period. Responsibilities
- Supervise Kindergarten through Second Grade students during lunchtime and recess activities.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and positive environment in the lunchroom and on the playground.
- Encourage positive social interactions, teamwork, and respectful play among young learners.
- Assist students with lunchroom routines and monitor playground activity to ensure safety.
- Communicate effectively with school staff, teachers, and administration regarding student needs or behavior concerns.
