About The Position
Lunch Aide needed for the 2026-2027 school year at Joseph A. Foran High School. Hours are approximately 10:00 - 12:15, Monday through Friday. The hourly wage for these positions is $17.91 per hour. There are no benefits associated with these positions. Interested candidates must apply online through this job posting in order to be considered for a position. Parents and/or Grandparents of Joseph A. Foran students are not eligible for this position. No phone calls please.
Requirements
- High School graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.)
- Ability to stand for at least one and one half an hour per day
- Ability to communicate with children
- Ability to withstand noise levels from moderate to loud
- Background check required
- Screening for Tuberculosis (TB) required

- Previous Lunch Aide or Cafeteria experience
Responsibilities
- Monitors children while they eat lunch
- Provides assistance to students during lunch
- Cleans tables
- Makes lunch room ready for next lunch wave
