About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable, motivated Warehouse Lumpers for its fast-paced furniture distribution center in Jacksonville, Florida. This is hot, physically demanding work unloading furniture from inbound trailers. Trailers can be extremely hot, especially during summer, and furniture is heavy and bulky. The role involves constant movement and repeatedly lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, maneuvering, and stacking furniture weighing 50–100+ lbs. for extended periods. This is a production-pay position, with earnings based on productivity and performance. The posting advertises potential weekly earnings of $700–$900+, with top performers able to earn more. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM, until the work is finished. The position is full-time, with weekly pay, stable year-round work, on-the-job training, and opportunities for advancement from Lead to Supervisor to Management.

Responsibilities

Unload heavy furniture from hot inbound trailers.
Repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and maneuver furniture weighing 50–100+ lbs.
Move and stage heavy furniture throughout the warehouse.
Work as part of a team to safely unload trailers and meet daily production goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
