About The Position

Freight Breakers is looking for motivated and dedicated team members to work as material handlers, primarily assisting with unloading and loading boxes from trailers. This is a production-based position with commission-based pay plus hourly pay when not actively working on a truck. The role involves moving pallets, maintaining a clean work area, and adhering to company policies and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Reliable transportation
• Must have steel toe shoes
• Must be present and on time for all scheduled shifts
• Must be able to lift and carry 50-100LBS
• Must be able to work consistently for long periods of time
• Must be able to perform at or above production standards (after training)
• Must be able to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets to/from staging area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow receiving/shipping policies and procedures.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols.
• Follow attendance policies and call-off procedures.
