About The Position
DarkHorse is hiring experienced lumpers for container loading and unloading in the Theodore/Mobile Area, Alabama. This is a first-shift, part-time position where pay is based on productivity and workload, allowing you to control your income. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, enjoys physical work, efficiency, and teamwork.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay physically active all day
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in hot or cold conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and proactive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Working cellphone and access to email
Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload containers
- Organize and stack products properly
- Inspect shipments and report issues
- Operate pallet jacks and related equipment
- Keep the work area clean and safe
- Follow all warehouse safety protocols
