About The Position

84 Lumber is hiring a Lumberyard Associate to build loads for deliveries and help maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized lumber yard. The role includes loading and unloading lumber and other building supplies and operating a forklift. Other duties may be assigned. The position pays $17.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience, and offers full benefits. The schedule is 48 hours per week, with overtime paid at time and a half.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to others one-on-one.
• Ability to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.

• Build loads for deliveries.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized lumber yard.
• Load and unload lumber and other building supplies.
