About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on Lubrication Technician to support daily operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for performing proper lubrication and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and longevity. The Lubrication Technician will play a critical role in minimizing downtime, preventing equipment failures, and supporting overall operational efficiency across all areas of the facility, while contributing to a culture of reliability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, lubrication, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and industrial equipment
  • Familiarity with lubrication methods, tools, and best practices
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals and schedules
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Follows plant safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Know emergency procedures and what to do in the event of power outages, machine failures, workplace injuries, etc.
  • Wears and utilizes personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Understand and identifies Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
  • Informs supervisor of safety issues; reports any workplace injury or incident immediately.
  • Perform routine lubrication of machinery and equipment according to established schedules and procedures
  • Inspect equipment for proper lubrication levels, contamination, and wear conditions
  • Maintain and update lubrication schedules, logs, and records
  • Identify lubrication-related issues and recommend corrective actions
  • Collect and analyze oil and grease samples for condition monitoring (where applicable)
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of lubricants
  • Assist in developing and improving lubrication programs and best practices
  • Work closely with maintenance and operations teams to coordinate equipment servicing
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Support preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives
