Lube Truck Technician Up to $5000 sign-on BONUS
About The Position
Linder Industrial Machinery Company is seeking a Lube Truck Technician responsible for the periodic inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment. This role involves performing basic preventive maintenance, obtaining oil samples, draining and replacing oil, determining necessary parts, materials, and tooling, and following maintenance manual procedures. The technician will also complete machine inspection reports, provide reports to management within specified timeframes, communicate PM issues to their manager, and maintain proper care and use of special tools. Additionally, the technician must maintain a safe and clean work area and service vehicle. Additional duties may be requested by the manager.
Requirements
- Three – five years’ technician experience
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- CDL B with AIR BRAKE ENDORSEMENT
Responsibilities
- Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment
- Obtain oil samples from equipment
- Drain and replace oil
- Determine necessary parts, materials, and tooling
- Follow steps outlined in maintenance manual
- Perform and complete machine inspection reports
- Provide reports to management in the time frame specified by department guidelines
- Communicate PM issues to manager
- Maintain proper care and use of special tools
- Maintain work area and service vehicle in a safe and clean manner
- Additional duties as requested by manager
