Requirements
- Strong communication, time management, and basic computer skills.
- Positive, customer-focused, and team-first attitude.
- Acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive movements consistent with the automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Complete vehicle inspections, check and communicate oil levels, and install new oil drain plugs and filters.
- Inspect, refill, and communicate fluid levels as necessary.
- Ensure tire pressures are properly inflated.
- Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
- Provide a luxury customer service experience, prioritizing the customer's perspective at all times.
