Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or Automotive Technician required
• Strong understanding of basic automotive maintenance and repair procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
• Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-driven mindset
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume oil and filter changes with speed and accuracy
• Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections and clearly communicate findings
• Check, top off, and maintain all essential vehicle fluids
• Ensure proper tire pressure and basic tire condition checks
• Install oil filters, drain plugs, and complete services to manufacturer standards
• Identify and report potential maintenance or safety concerns to service advisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
• Deliver a professional, efficient experience that supports overall customer satisfaction
