Requirements

• Previous oil change/lube service experience OR experience through an automotive school or automotive training program
• Basic understanding of automotive mechanical systems and maintenance
• Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team
• Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done
• Positive attitude and a desire to grow within the dealership and automotive industry

Nice To Haves

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from an automotive technology program is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform routine oil and filter changes
• Ability to mount and balance tires
• Ability to perform tire repairs and patches
• Keeps working space clean and organized
