Requirements
- Previous lube technician, express technician, or automotive maintenance experience preferred
- CDK and Xtime experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Desire to learn, grow, and advance within the automotive industry
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid services, and routine maintenance
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Check and top off vehicle fluids as needed
- Inspect vehicle components for wear, damage, or safety concerns
- Maintain accurate repair order documentation
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure quality service
- Deliver a positive customer experience through quality workmanship and attention to detail
