About The Position

As a Lube Technician at Valley Imports, you will work on luxury vehicles, performing high-quality, efficient maintenance, and light repair work in a fast-paced environment. The pay ranges from $18-$22/hr. The hours are Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM, plus a rotating Saturday shift. An extra day off is included during your rotation week.

Requirements

High School Diploma or G.E.D.
A clean driving record and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

Aid in diagnosing minor vehicle concerns and suggest service as needed.
Inspect customer vehicles.
Perform express services such as oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections.
Provide repair cost estimates.
Document services performed.
Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
Perform services efficiently and according to dealership guidelines to ensure timely completion of all services to meet express lane goals.
Identify, recommend and support opportunities for methods/process improvement.
Maintain a professional appearance.
Deliver a consistent experience for each customer.
Prioritize work to meet demands and customer needs.
Request necessary parts.
Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
Must be able to work with co-workers, communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians, and maintain a team attitude.
Pass and maintain manufacturers required training levels.
Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
Performs Wallwork Inc. wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
