About The Position

Opifex-Synergy Pump division is seeking a Lube Technician in Stuart, FL. This role is responsible for performing oil changes and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment, both at the branch yard and on job sites. The technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, determining appropriate solutions, and providing exceptional service and customer support during routine maintenance activities. Requirements

  • Experience as a construction equipment lube technician or similar role is preferred.
  • Must have own tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in basic computer tasks, including work order management, parts lookup, and email communication.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in both shop and field environments.
  • Strong communication skills and dedication to customer service.
  • Adaptability for schedule adjustments and flexible hours based on operational needs.
  • Military service will be considered in lieu of education/certification experience as applicable.
  • Must be comfortable operating around large equipment, performing tasks in confined spaces, or working from elevated positions.
  • Requires a high level of physical stamina and mobility to perform duties in jobsite and yard environments.
  • Frequent lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of tools, chains, tarps, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds or more, often without assistance.
  • Regular bending, squatting, kneeling, crouching, and reaching to secure loads, inspect vehicles, or perform minor maintenance tasks.
  • Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and working on foot, often on uneven terrain such as gravel, dirt, or pavement.
  • Climbing in and out of trucks, onto trailers, or occasionally onto equipment is required.
  • Must be able to work from various heights and maintain balance while performing tasks on steps, ladders, or platforms.
  • Fine motor skills and good manual dexterity needed for handling controls, securing tie-downs, and completing documentation.
  • Must be able to safely operate commercial vehicles and remain alert in potentially hazardous driving and yard conditions.
  • Occasional pushing, pulling, and positioning of heavy materials or components may be required.
  • Successful candidates must undergo a drug test and background check before their start date.

Responsibilities
