Requirements

Previous experience as a Lube Technician or Automotive Technician required
Strong understanding of basic automotive maintenance and repair procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-production environment
Dependable, team-oriented, and detail-driven mindset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift, stand, and work on your feet throughout the shift

Responsibilities

Perform high-volume oil and filter changes with speed and accuracy
Conduct comprehensive multi-point inspections and clearly communicate findings
Check, top off, and maintain all essential vehicle fluids
Ensure proper tire pressure and basic tire condition checks
Install oil filters, drain plugs, and complete services to manufacturer standards
Identify and report potential maintenance or safety concerns to service advisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace
Deliver a professional, efficient experience that supports overall customer satisfaction
