Requirements

6 months to 2 years of automotive experience preferred
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine vehicle maintenance
Inspect vehicles and recommend maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines
Check and top off vehicle fluids
Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, and batteries
Perform tire repairs and installations
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians to provide an outstanding customer experience
Learn and develop advanced automotive repair skills through ongoing training
