About The Position

Join one of Eugene's top automotive service teams. Lithia Nissan of Eugene is looking for an accomplished and motivated Lube Technician to help us provide exceptional service to our customers. You will perform routine vehicle maintenance and inspections while working with a supportive and experienced service team.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical understanding of an automobile.
• 1+ year of experience as an express/quick lube technician
• Motivated to grow in the automotive industry with us
• Operate several cars, light trucks, and vans, with an ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance services
• Inspect and rotate tires
• Conduct multi‑point inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and shop procedures
• Provide excellent customer service
