About The Position

BOB MAXEY LINCOLN IS EXPANDING THEIR QUICK LUBE CENTER DUE TO HIGH DEMAND AND IS IN SEARCH OF A CAREER ORIENTED INDIVIDUAL TO JOIN OUR WORLD CLASS LUXURY SERVICE TEAM. CANDIDATES THAT ARE CURRENTLY ATTENDING HIGHER EDUCATION, COLLEGE OR TRADE SCHOOL WITH AN AUTOMOTIVE CURRICULUM WOULD BE A TERRIFIC MATCH. OUR AGGRESSIVE CAREER TRAINING PATH WILL HAVE THE RIGHT INDIVIDUAL EARNING TOP DOLLAR IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME. OUR PARTS AND SERVICE TEAMS ARE SET UP WITH PROVEN PROCESSES THAT ENABLE OUR TEAMS TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL.

Nice To Haves

• Currently attending higher education, college or trade school with an automotive curriculum
• Experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Work in our Quick Lube department
• Perform oil changes and tire rotations
• Repair passenger car and light truck tires
• Install, mount and balance passenger car and light truck tire
• Brake system inspections
• Learn proper steering and suspension inspections
• Learn proper under body inspections
• Learn appropriate maintenance intervals
• Preparing additional repair estimates
• Recommending future maintenance needs
