About The Position

Bismarck Motor Company is hiring a full-time Lube & Express Service Technician. This is an entry-level position — no prior automotive experience required. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced technicians and build the skills for a long-term career in automotive service. Positions are available at both our Bismarck and Mandan, ND locations with clear paths for advancement. As a Lube & Express Service Technician, you'll perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and basic inspections — all under the guidance of experienced technicians. You'll gain real experience with automotive diagnostic tools, shop safety, and customer service in a fast-paced Express Service environment. We invest in our people from day one. Requirements

Valid driver's license
High school diploma or GED (preferred)
Mechanical aptitude and genuine interest in automotive work
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Successful completion of pre-employment background check, driving record review, and drug screening
