In this role, you will handle routine maintenance services while learning the ropes of automotive repair in a fast-paced dealership environment. We offer a structured Mentorship Program designed to take you from entry-level to a Mazda Master Technician. You will work side-by-side with experienced mentors, receive factory-certified training, and earn advanced certifications as you progress.
Requirements
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the automotive industry.
- Mechanical aptitude or basic automotive knowledge (trade school experience is a plus).
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic set of tools (or willingness to acquire them).
Responsibilities
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid flushes.
- Conduct multi-point safety inspections to identify potential vehicle issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.
- Learn and apply Mazda repair procedures and guidelines.
- Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
