About The Position

Oak Harbor Freight Lines is seeking an experienced LTL operations leader to oversee terminal operations in Phoenix, Arizona. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader looking to grow with a well-established and respected regional carrier.

Requirements

• 3+ years of LTL operations leadership experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage a fast-paced operation
• Experience with Microsoft Office and LTL AS/400 preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily terminal operations
• Lead and support terminal employees
• Manage staffing and labor costs
• Promote a strong safety culture
• Monitor operational and financial performance
• Work closely with Account Managers and leadership teams
