Responsibilities

Accurately quoting LTL shipments and finding ways to help Sales close opportunities
Accurately building shipments, confirming pickups and delivery appointments
Accurately communicate verbally and written
Efficient by being able to multitask, problem solve, and prioritize workload
Building relationships with Outside Sales and the LTL team as we work in a fast-paced environment that can become stressful
Capable of identifying customer needs and maintain a customer service philosophy
Ability to use decision making skills to offer options and resolve problems
Has talent to exercise good judgment with the ability to prioritize projects
Knack for adapting to constant changes in work environment, work assignments, and/or changes in priorities
