Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi is currently seeking a Full-time, LTL Picker. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday, 6am - 3pm; however, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs. As an LTL Picker, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, preparing, and staging customer orders that are shipped via Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely, damage-free shipments while maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy and warehouse safety. You will be required to cross train in order to learn other positions in the warehouse. At Ubique Group, WE MOVE TO THE WORK, which allows all employees to grow their knowledge and skills set.

Requirements

• Must have a stable work history
• Forklift certification, specifically reach truck experience
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines and procedures

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage LTL orders based on pick tickets
• Operate warehouse equipment such as manual and electric pallet jacks, electric sit down forklift, stand up forklift, and reach truck
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, and order details for accuracy using an RF scan device
