About The Position

Ubique Group is hiring a full-time LTL Picker at its Olive Branch, Mississippi location for the second shift. The role is part of a warehouse team responsible for picking items from rack bins to fulfill customer orders and moving materials through the warehouse. Depending on business needs, the employee may also palletize and stage orders. The position includes cross-training in additional warehouse roles through the company’s “We Move to the Work” approach.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of forklift experience.
• At least 1 year of experience operating a reach truck.
• Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, procedures, and pick tickets.
• Strong attention to accuracy and detail.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods on concrete.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Ability to work in hot and cold environmental conditions.
• Manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle small items.
• Ability to climb on and off forklifts where required.

Responsibilities

• Pick items to match customer orders.
• Operate electric sit-down forklifts, stand-up forklifts, and reach trucks.
• Use an electric or manual pallet jack when required.
• Read and interpret pick tickets.
• Use an RF handheld device.
• Palletize and stage customer orders when required.
• Cross-train in additional warehouse positions.
