About The Position

Parker Health Group, Inc. is seeking an LSW for in-home geriatric counseling. This role involves managing a minimum caseload of 16 clients, with free supervision for clinical hours provided for those meeting the minimum caseload. The position offers an hourly rate of $45.00 and is part-time. Senior Care Options by Parker provides customized Geriatric Care Management services as well as Behavioral Health services by licensed social workers to individuals in their homes and communities across Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties. Program participants of both programs benefit from services offered in their own environment by our dedicated care partners who are committed to meeting their needs. Services will help support participants in maintaining independence in their own environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree required.
• Valid LSW in the state of NJ required.
• NJ driver's license in good standing required.
• Flu vaccine required during flu season.
• EHR knowledge preferred.
• Two (2) years of counseling experience preferred.
