About The Position

Our Lehigh Valley Skilled Nursing Office is interested in a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. Our Weatherly-based client would love a nurse who has experience with (or is willing to learn) caring for Cerebral Palsy, lung disease, and gastrostomy. They need nursing care Monday through Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and/or 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s). Hands-on care with only one client per day. Building client relationships and watching their milestones. Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions. Document observations, interventions, and evaluations. Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• MAR-EPA

Nice To Haves

• Experience with (or is willing to learn) caring for Cerebral Palsy, lung disease, and gastrostomy
