About The Position
The LPN joins the Center Health Clinic and contributes to the mission of the Center, nursing department, and assigned program by providing nursing services to the individuals served and assisting the RN in assessing individual needs. The LPN follows the philosophy of Center Health Care (CHC) Clinic and adheres to policies and procedures governing the delivery of nursing services.
Requirements
- Maintain a current New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license at all times.
- Maintain CPR for the Professional Rescuer Certification at all times.
- At least 1 year of job-related experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing services to individuals served.
- Assist the RN in assessing individuals' needs.
- Follow the philosophy of Center Health Care (CHC) Clinic and adhere to policies and procedures for delivering nursing services.
